Senovo is seeking a Behaviour Support TA for a structured SEMH school in Norbury, Croydon, starting September 2026. This long‑term role supports pupils who need clear boundaries, calm adults and consistent routines. You will work with teachers, pastoral staff and behaviour leads to de‑escalate, manage behaviour and maintain a calm, engaging learning environment.

Prior experience in schools, youth work or behaviour support is valued. Location: Norbury, Croydon (CR2 6HB).
