Learning Support Assistant – SEMH/SCLN, Supportive Team

Elementa Support Services Ltd is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to work in a North Somerset secondary school, supporting students aged 11–16 with SEMH and SCLN needs. You will collaborate with teachers to help students engage and progress academically and socially.

Previous experience with additional needs is essential; a current Enhanced DBS is required. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, with dates starting 01/09/2026 and continuing until further notice or a possible permanent
