What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and motivating a talented kitchen team
- Delivering consistently great food and service
- Managing rotas to keep the kitchen running smoothly
- Taking control of stock, ordering and reducing waste
- Keeping a close eye on food costs and GP without compromising quality
- Bringing fresh ideas to menus and specials
What we are looking for:
Head Chef or strong Sous Chef experienceA positive, hands‑on leadership styleThe ability to stay calm under pressureA genuine passion for food, people and hospitality
