Future Pathways Educator: Life Skills & Transition

Leeds City College is seeking a Teacher of Future Pathways to deliver high-quality preparation for adulthood, employability and life-skills. You will differentiate lessons for high-needs learners with EHCPs and lead progressions within the Future Pathways department.
