Hospital Parking & Access Patrol Attendant

Job Description

MPA Recruitment are currently recruiting a Car Park Attendant to support the safe and efficient operation of the car parking facilities atAntrim Area Hospital.

You will be a visible point of contact across the hospital grounds, providing directions, managing parking areas and helping to keep entrances and emergency routes clear.

What is on Offer?

• Pay from £12.71 to £25.02 per hour, depending on the shift worked
• Working hours: Monday to Sunday
• Shifts from 6.00am to 2.00pm and 2.00pm to 10.00pm.

What You Will Be Doing

• Directing drivers to available parking spaces
• Assisting patients, visitors and hospital staff
• Patrolling car parks and surrounding areas
• Keeping entrances and emergency access routes clear
• Monitoring parking areas and reporting concerns
• Checking barriers, signs and parking equipment
• Completing basic patrol and incident records

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer service or public facing role
• Strong communication skills
• A calm, polite and professional manner
• Confidence dealing with challenging situations
• Ability to work outdoors and patrol the hospital site
• Flexibility to work across both shift patterns
• Willingness to complete an Enhanced Access NI check and pre employment checks
