Autism & Wellbeing Support Teaching Assistant (Maternity Cover)

Witherslack Group is seeking a dedicated role to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder and SEMH needs in a school setting. This maternity cover role runs through July 2027 and offers full induction, on-the-job training, and holiday-friendly terms.

You will assist teachers, build relationships with pupils, and collaborate with pastoral and therapy teams to promote learning, confidence, and resilience while maintaining an inclusive environment.
