Premier Inn Edinburgh City Centre (Princes Street) is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to drive day‑to‑day kitchen operations. You’ll manage rotas, place orders, lead the team through busy services and ensure audit readiness, in partnership with the Hotel Manager.
