Neighbourhood Coach: Housing & Community Advocate

Bromford Housing Group is seeking a neighbourhood coach in Banbury to independently manage a patch of around two hundred homes, including new builds and older properties. The role involves ensuring properties are well-maintained, coaching residents, and guiding on customer responsibilities.

You will work flexibly across customer homes, home-based tasks, and office settings, with DBS clearance required. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this field-based position.
