Outcomes First Group’s Stretton Shires School in Stretton, Rutland is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support autistic pupils aged 11–18. This permanent, term-time role offers 37.5 hours per week, with a Monday to Friday schedule and a September 2026 start.
You will work alongside teachers and therapists to deliver personalised EHCP-aligned support, help develop communication and independence skills, and contribute to a calm, nurturing learning environment.
