SEN KS3 1:1 Teaching Assistant – Patient Behaviour Support

Justteachers is recruiting a compassionate SEN Support Staff member to join a specialist SEN school in Birmingham. You will work on a 1:1 basis with a KS3 learner who requires additional behavioural and emotional support throughout the school day.

The role starts after May half term 2026. Candidates should hold a degree with a minimum 2:1 and have strong communication and behaviour management skills, with a patient, empathetic and resilient approach to promoting student welfare and safeguarding.
