Pool & Activities Manager | Guest Experience Leader

Parkdean Resorts is seeking an Activity & Leisure Manager to lead the swimming pool, leisure facilities and activities programme across the park. This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivering safe, fun, and well-managed experiences for guests.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with SPLASH and RLSS/STA requirements, coach lifeguards, and drive guest participation while maintaining presentation and safety standards.
