Job Description
As a Reception Team Member, you will handle guest reception from check‑in to check‑out, managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You may also support Food and Beverage outlets (Breakfast, Bar, Night) and back‑office teams as required.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations, using hotel management systems, maintaining a professional appearance, and ensuring the safety of guests and property.
Training will cover all front‑of‑house functions, safety, and hospitality standards. The hotel has 141 rooms plus meeting rooms, gym, sauna, and steam room.
Requirements: fluent English, customer‑focused, reliable, adaptable across departments, strong communication, problem‑solving, IT literacy, and a proactive attitude.
Qualifications
- Service‑focused personality.
- Customer service experience in hospitality or fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with hotel management systems and general IT literacy.
- Flexibility across multiple departments (Front Office, F&B, Reservations).
- Problem‑solving and positive attitude.
- Ability to stay calm and organized while managing multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and high service standards.
- Collaborative team player.
- Fluency in English.
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for reception.
- Experience with Opera Cloud.
