Special Needs Teacher: Shape Futures with Care

The Ropemakers’ Academy in England is seeking a Special Needs teacher. Our students are vulnerable and can show challenging behaviours when distressed, and we value responses grounded in love, care and kindness.

You will work flexibly across a range of subjects and age groups in a mixed primary/secondary setting, with strong leadership support, teacher development and opportunities to shape our provision for the future.
