Estate Technician (Aberdeen) – Grounds & Site Care

Sanctuary Scotland Housing Association Limited is seeking an Estate Operative to join the Estate Services team in Aberdeen. You will perform basic ground maintenance, grass cutting, hedge pruning, and assist with cleaning, compliance testing, and ad-hoc duties across multiple sites in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.

You will work in a team and sometimes alone, covering several sites and adapting to changing demands while delivering customer-focused service.
