Pastoral Support Assistant: Student Wellbeing & Engagement

TeacherActive is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Assistant in South Birmingham to start in September 2026. You will support pupils across Key Stage 3 and 4 with SEMH and behavioural needs, delivering one-to-one and small group pastoral support to improve attendance and engagement in learning.

Work with teaching staff, parents and external agencies to promote wellbeing and positive outcomes in an inclusive school environment that prioritises safeguarding and high expectations.
