Lead Grower & Farmshop Ops Manager (Onsite)

Glebelands Mkt Garden near Cardigan is seeking a hands-on farm operations lead to oversee day-to-day running in the owners’ absence and develop the 12-month cropping programme. You will support our farmshop team, optimise sowing, planting and cultivation to sustain profitable cropping and display.

We value practical leadership, the ability to work in all weathers, and willingness to learn tractor-based field cropping.
