Special Needs TA — Impactful SEND Support

Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils with diverse SEND needs at a school in CR0. You will work closely with teachers to help students develop confidence, independence and achievement within an inclusive classroom.

This role involves 1:1 and small group support, adapting materials and contributing to a positive learning environment. You should have patience, empathy, strong communication and the ability to work as part of a team.
