Primary HLTA: Inspire Learning, Lead Small Groups

Rikama Education seeks a committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support learning and teaching in a local Primary School in Gillingham. The role is initially temporary with the potential to become permanent based on performance.

You will work under the guidance of the class teacher delivering engaging lessons, leading small group interventions, and supporting students across KS1 to KS2 to reach their full potential.
