Holiday Inn Brighton Seafront, under Kew Green Hotels, seeks an experienced Kitchen Manager to own the kitchen operation, drive quality, efficiency and profitability, and foster a positive culture. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you’ll ensure compliance, audit readiness and strong financial performance.

You’ll lead a skilled kitchen team, develop staff, review guest feedback for ongoing improvements, and collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences in a busy hotel environment.
