SEND Specialist Teaching Assistant – Empower Students

Protocol Education is partnering with inclusive schools across Sunderland to recruit Specialist Teaching Assistants to support pupils with SEND. You will work with teachers, SENDCOs and external professionals to deliver tailored 1:1 and small group interventions, helping pupils engage, build confidence and resilience.

The role requires adaptability, strong communication and a genuine passion for supporting learners with additional needs, with a willingness to travel to schools in the area.
