Autism Support Assistant: Calm, Structured Learning Champion

Senovo is recruiting an Autism Support Assistant to help pupils with autism and communication needs in Bromley. The role requires someone who understands autism beyond a CV, being patient, structured and able to support visual routines, sensory needs and calm communication.

You will work with pupils to follow routines, access learning, and implement calm, consistent support strategies, alongside experienced SEN staff and teachers in a specialist setting.
