Community Library Hub Assistant – Inspire Learning

Middlesbrough Council is hiring a Community Hub and Library Assistant at our Central Library. You will be the first point of contact for customers, support access to information and council services, and help run family activities.

This role requires recent customer service experience in face-to-face settings, excellent communication, good IT skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends across library sites in Middlesbrough.
