Facilities Fabric Technician – Carpentry & Maintenance

CBRE, Inc. is seeking a Fabric Technician in Bishops Stortford to respond to reactive works and ensure timely maintenance. You will liaise with client representatives, undertake surveys, and produce method statements and risk assessments for planned works.

The role requires carpentry experience, knowledge of safety procedures, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of quality. A UK driving license is preferred.
