KPI Hospitality are on the lookout for a Chef IMMEDIATE START for our client based in Glasgow on an ad‑hoc basis.
Our client is a welcoming space where good food brings people together. We’re now looking for a Relief Chef to support their kitchen as and when required, serving a number of clients. PVG required or willing to apply.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a chef who enjoys cooking with purpose, values teamwork, and takes pride in maintaining high standards in a community‑focused kitchen.
About the role
As a Relief Chef, you’ll be responsible for delivering healthy, cost‑effective menus that meet a range of dietary and nutritional needs. You’ll work in a commercial kitchen environment, ensuring excellent food hygiene and safety standards at all times, and leaving the kitchen clean, organised, and ready for service.

- Have solid experience preparing and serving food in a commercial kitchen
- Enjoy working with and supporting others, including volunteers
- Understand the importance of catering for diverse community needs
- Communicate clearly in English and build positive working relationships
