Boatyard Apprentice: Hands-On Marine Engine Tech

Burton Waters Marina invites applications for a Boatyard Apprentice. You will gain hands-on experience servicing, maintaining and repairing marine engines and vessels, alongside boat valeting and marina operations.

Training leads to the Level 3 Land‑Based Service Engineering Technician apprenticeship. Working with experienced engineers and access to manufacturer training, you may progress into a permanent role.
