Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate Self‑Employed Swimming Teacher to join our team. As a swim instructor, you will engage, coach, and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals in one‑to‑one or group sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct swim lessons for all age groups, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Encourage and motivate members to reach their personal swimming objectives.
• Maintain high standards of coaching quality and member experience.

Qualifications

• Hold a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or an equivalent credential.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self‑starter who takes pride in delivering a high‑quality experience.
