Avery Healthcare is seeking a Commis Chef to assist the Chef de Partie across kitchen stations, including vegetables, fish, meat and sauces. You will rotate on a six-month programme, supporting chefs to deliver high-quality meals for residents.
The ideal candidate will hold a catering qualification, a Basic Food Hygiene certificate, and at least 1 year of catering experience. You must be adaptable to cover various duties on short notice and uphold resident dignity and safety.
