Reporting to the Divisional Portfolio & Asset Manager, you’ll play an important role in shaping the performance of our leasehold estate.
Supporting the delivery of estate and asset strategies across the divisional portfolio, you’ll help optimise our property assets, manage lease events, control occupancy costs and drive initiatives that support long term commercial success.
Working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners, you’ll coordinate activity, provide robust analysis and insights, and help ensure the divisional property plan stays on track.
You’ll have the opportunity to identify opportunities to add value, solve problems before they arise, and take ownership of your portfolio, making a tangible impact on commercial performance and the future of our estate.
