This is a multi-skilled role incorporating both Receptionist and Food and Beverage duties in line with the business demands.
As our next multi-skilled team member, you will: have the ability to multi-task and maintain a can‑do attitude in a fast‑paced environment; be flexible and ready to assist at any stage of the guests’ stay; support the Food and Beverage outlets including Breakfast, Bar, Lunch and Dinner, and the Reservations and Back Office teams when needed; and continuously improve the quality of the hotel’s services.
To help you navigate your role and support your success, you will receive training in all front‑of‑house related functions and the safety of the property and people. Fluency in English is required.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include a service‑focused personality. Additional experience in hospitality services is preferred.
