Lifeguard – Community Leisure Centre

Serco is recruiting on behalf of Leisure Solutions Community Trust in Loughborough. We are looking for Lifeguards to join a community leisure team, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

You’ll provide customer care, supervise activities, maintain pool area cleanliness, and assist with lifesaving when needed. A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is essential, and strong swimming skills are required.
