Dynamic Cover Supervisor – Secondary Education

Brighton Aldridge Community Academy (BACA) is seeking a capable Cover Supervisor in Brighton to lead classes when teachers are absent and maintain a positive learning atmosphere. The role involves delivering prepared lessons, supervising pupils, and supporting across year groups to keep learners on task.

We value confident, calm and approachable individuals with strong communication and organisational skills. Prior school experience helps, but is not essential, as training is provided.
