Job Overview

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing, busy Mental Health Support Team (MHST). The MHST programme is delivered in partnership between Off the Record (OTR) and Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust (AWP), and is expanding across North Somerset, Bristol and South Gloucestershire. The successful candidate will provide efficient, effective and friendly administrative support to the team based at our office on Horfield Road.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to MHST staff and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and data entry.
  • Coordinate scheduling, meeting arrangements and travel logistics for the team.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, documents and presentations.
  • Support the team with ad‑hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.

Desired Qualities and Qualifications

  • Friendly and approachable manner with good organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Good computer literacy and proficiency with office software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and communicate effectively.
  • Experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
