Youth Development Coach – Schoolboy Phase (U9-U14)

Barnsley Football Club is seeking a dedicated coaching professional to support the Schoolboy phase (U9 to U14) within our Academy. You will assist the Game Model Coach in delivering sessions, planning and evaluating coaching activities, and ensuring learning plans are met across the age group.

You will communicate with Lead Phase Coaches, manage match-day duties when required, and maintain accurate session records in the FIP system while upholding safeguarding, welfare and education requirements.
