Primary Teaching Assistant—Impactful Learning Support

Potters Green Primary School in Coventry is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a friendly, hardworking team. You will support pupils, run small groups and 1:1 sessions, prepare resources and deliver targeted interventions to help children progress across reading and other subjects.

The role is permanent, term-time only plus training days, 8:30–4:00, with a supportive staff network and opportunities for professional development within the Castle Phoenix Multi-Academy Trust.
