Are you a CAD Technician / Draughtsperson or similar from a Joinery / Woodworking or Interiors background, looking to join a family-run manufacturer offering clear progression into Management?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, family-run woodworking manufacturer where you will play a key role in producing technical drawings for bespoke joinery projects, working closely with senior staff, directors, workshop teams and project teams from day one.
The company is looking for someone who wants long-term progression, technical responsibility and the chance to grow into a more senior position as the business continues to develop. They offer annual pay reviews, further training, a 3pm Friday finish and a close-knit working environment where you will not just be another number.
The Role:
Producing 2D CAD drawings for bespoke joinery and woodworking projectsCreating shop drawings, manufacturing drawings and assembly drawingsPreparing cutting lists, material schedules and production documentationTurning client requirements, sketches and architectural drawings into production-ready informationLiaising with workshop, production, project and installation teamsWorking closely with directors and senior staff with progression into managementThe Person:
CAD Technician, CAD Draughtsperson, Technical Designer or similarBackground in joinery, woodworking, furniture, cabinetry, shopfitting or commercial interiorsConfident using AutoCAD or similar CAD softwareAble to produce manufacturing / production drawingsLooking for progression into a senior technical or management role
