Fostering Family Support Specialist

Step by Step Fostering is seeking a Fostering Family Support Worker on a full-time basis. The role covers Hampshire, West Berkshire, Wiltshire, Reading and surrounding areas with extensive travel and after-school/evening shifts. A driving licence and business-class vehicle insurance are required.

The role reports to the Fostering Service Manager in a not-for-profit setting and offers a benefit-rich package, including life assurance, pension, GP access, training and funded qualifications.
