HGV Class 1 Driver (C+E)

Location: Wolverhampton (WV10), West Midlands

Pay: £18.00 per hour PAYE inclusive of holiday pay

Job Type: Full‑time, ongoing – temporary to permanent opportunities available

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 06:00 starts

Responsibilities

• Deliver HGV lease vehicles to customers across the UK.
• Make collections and deliveries within the specified area.
• Operate modern HGV fleet – no multi‑drop, no handball or store deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, professional driving record and uphold client expectations.
• Conduct self‑checks and report any vehicle or road incidents promptly.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Driver CPC Qualification Card.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Maximum 6 penalty points on licence.
• Professional, reliable and customer‑focused attitude.
• New Pass Drivers welcome (but previously qualified drivers are also encouraged to apply).
