Fitness Instructor – Casual – Chard Leisure Centre

We are looking for a Fitness Instructor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspire people to train and tailor workouts to the individual, making them fun and effective.
• Ensure safe and effective use of equipment.
• Carry out one-to-one training, offer workout advice, check equipment, and teach classes.
• Build trust and confidence with clients and maintain excellent people skills.

Qualifications & Skills

• Professional related fitness qualification.
• Experience managing a varied workload.
• Ability to establish key customer relationships swiftly and appropriately.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Well‑developed interpersonal skills, able to negotiate and persuade both internally and externally.
• Team‑oriented approach, able to work across organisational boundaries and support colleagues.

Work Hours

Casual hours, as and when required.

Salary & Closing Date
