SEN Tutor: Lead Reading & Wellbeing

Polaris Community in Andover, Hampshire, invites applications for a full-time School Tutor at Lyttelton House School. The role focuses on supporting wellbeing, readiness for learning and behaviour management for pupils aged 5 to 16 with complex needs.

You will work with an Education Team to remove barriers to learning and promote positive behaviours, leading reading and phonics and supporting transitions with parents and carers. DBS will be completed by Polaris Community.
