Luma Education Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded specialist school supporting pupils with a range of SEND, including Autism (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, ADHD and communication difficulties. With small class sizes and a collaborative team, you’ll have the time and support to help every pupil succeed.
The Role
You’ll deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils’ individual needs while creating a calm, structured and inclusive learning environment. Working closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists and pastoral staff, you’ll help pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally.
We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experienced Primary Teacher or ECT.
- A passion for inclusive education and supporting children with additional needs.
- Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
