SEND Job Coach: Build Employability & Placements

Just Teachers Ltd is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to support 18–24 learners at a forward-thinking SEN college in Coventry. This full-time role starts September 2026, with potential for long-term continuation.

You will deliver tailored employability support, arrange work experience placements, and provide on-site workplace guidance to help learners prepare for employment and independent living. Driving licence may be beneficial.
