Qualifications and Key Responsibilities
- Experience as a SEN Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant
- Level 3 qualification or graduate status with a minimum of six months SEN experience
- Ability to work with children with SEN, providing support and creating a safe environment
- Passion for making a difference in children’s lives
- Enjoyment in working with SEN children and celebrating their progress
- Support for teaching staff as needed
- Creativity in finding different ways to enable a child to learn
- Ability to bring a smile to the children you support
