ACA Trainee Graduate Apprenticeship
Location: Dorchester – West Dorset | Salary: £20,000-£24,000. Full training and study support for ACA.
We are a high‑end accountancy practice and corporate finance boutique. The role offers exposure to year‑end accountancy, taxation, management information, financing advice, and corporate finance advisory.
Role Overview
From day one you will be engaged with a wide variety of clients and will take responsibility for accounts preparation, statutory accounts, tax planning/computations, and general office administration. You will also gain exposure to management accounting, forecasting and budgeting, and work alongside directors advising on M&A, corporate finance and founder exit planning.

Qualifications
- Graduate – 2.1 or above in any degree discipline
- A‑level passes A-C ideally in 3 subjects
- Grade B (level 6) or above in GCSE English and Maths
- Valid right to work in the UK
- Full, clean driving licence
