Faculty Support Assistant (FSA)
Full time, Term Time + 1 Week, 12 months fixed term, to commence 1st September 2026
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 3.50pm (36 hours 40 mins per week)
Salary: Point 12-17 of the Schools Support Staff payspine £28,598 – £31,022 (Actual salary £24,983 – £25,271)
About the role
We are seeking to appoint a Faculty Support Assistant to supervise the learning of students during short-term teacher absences and provide administrative support to faculties as required. This role entails covering lessons for all subjects across the curriculum for year 7 students through to year 11. The successful candidate will have lots of interaction with students as well as staff, making them an integral part of our college community.
