Teaching Assistant – Support Student Growth in Small Groups

The Futures Trust is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a named student and contribute to the student’s learning and development. The role involves working with teachers to provide care, supervision and opportunities across all aspects of school life.

In the absence of the named student, you will collaborate with teachers to support small group or individual lessons and help students progress toward targets, while maintaining progress records and upholding safeguarding policies.
