Patient Transport & Mental Health Support Assistant

Prometheus Safe & Secure in Birmingham provides specialist patient transport and mental health support across the UK. As a Health Care Assistant you will support patients during transfers, ensure their safety and comfort, and work alongside qualified nurses to deliver compassionate care.

You will assist with crisis intervention, follow safeguarding policies, drive ambulances when required and complete accurate handovers to ensure continuity of care across the journey.
