Activities Co-ordinator — Wellbeing & Engagement Lead

Normanby House Care Home in Scarborough is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to join our team. The role offers £12.75 per hour and a minimum of 30 hours per week, with five 6‑hour shifts and flexible hours around events and home activities.

You will lead residents’ emotional wellbeing, activities, and engagement, creating meaningful moments and a calm, positive atmosphere across the day. Experience in care, strong people skills, and record-keeping are essential.
