Aspire People Limited is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Greater Manchester. You’ll work with SEN pupils, providing in-class support and 1:1 and small-group assistance to help pupils access learning and stay engaged.
You will collaborate with class teachers, the SENCO and pastoral staff, supporting routines, transitions and wellbeing. A patient, nurturing, resilient approach and strong communication are essential.
