Youth Pastor: Discipleship & Community Builder

Clevedon Baptist Church is seeking a dedicated Youth Pastor to lead and grow our vibrant, intergenerational youth ministry. You will disciple young people, support volunteers, and help shape Christ-centered communities in church and local outreach.

This full-time role offers a salary of £27,000–£30,000 depending on skills and experience, with opportunities to develop a thriving ministry and engage with families across Clevedon and the surrounding area.
