Overview
Salary: £34,359 – £42,759 plus Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtimeLocation: WisbechHours: 40 hours per weekContract Type: Permanent
Responsibilities
- Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs related to specialist trades and any secondary trades.
- Complete all tasks efficiently and within required deadlines.
- Provide good customer care and deliver a first‑class service to properties in Wisbech and surrounding areas.
Qualifications
- Experienced Carpenter & Plumber with skills in other trades.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence – a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
- Eligible to work in the UK and required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
- Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance required.
